At Healthways, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), with shipping options to be selected at Checkout. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking info via email. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as undeliverable packages may incur a reshipping fee. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Healthways, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@healthwayshealth.co.za with your order number. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns on opened products due to safety and hygiene reasons. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
